This annual event provides important information for Superintendents\, Chief Business Officials\, Transportation Directors\, Managers\, Supervisors and others responsible for managing school transportation. \n\nPrevious Programs Included:\nSchool Vehicle Maintenance Through a Leadership Lense\nZero-Emissions School Bus Implementation\nBuilding Bridges for Student Success\nSupporting Foster and Unhoused Students Under the McKinney Vento Act\nNavigating SB88 and Driver Qualification Compliance\nBuilding Teams That Stay\n\nInspiring Excellence in the Next Generation\n\nMaximizing Your Home to School Reimbursement\n\nLegislative Update\n\nProgram Matrix – 2026 Managers Forum Program Schedule \nRegistration Information:\n\n\nEarly Bird Registration for CASTO members only will run from July 17th through July 31st.  Cost is $348.  Included is attendance in all sessions/programs\, Wednesday night “Welcome” Reception\, continental breakfasts on Thursday and Friday. Lunch on Thursday and admission to the Exhibitors Reception.\n\nRegistration fee is $398.00 for each CASTO member and $448.00 for non-members.  Included is attendance in all sessions/programs\, Wednesday night “Welcome” Reception\, continental breakfasts on Thursday and Friday. Lunch on Thursday and admission to the Exhibitors Reception.\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration after September 13\, 2026 the registration fee will increase.  The price will be $458.00 for members and $498.00 for non-members.\n\n\n\nSpouses\, significant others\, and non-transportation guests will cost $75.00 which will provide access to the Welcome Reception and the Vendor Show.
