Dear CASTO Members,
🎉 Celebrating California’s School Bus Drivers – Champions of Safety! 🚌
On behalf of CASTO and the entire school transportation community, we proudly recognize the outstanding dedication, professionalism, and care demonstrated by California’s school bus drivers.
WHEREAS, these highly trained individuals transport our state’s most precious cargo—our children—safely to and from school each day, covering thousands of miles without incident; and
WHEREAS, they show unwavering patience, resilience, and kindness while maintaining the highest safety and training standards, and
WHEREAS, they serve as role models, mentors, and trusted guardians on the road, helping to shape respectful, responsible young passengers;
NOW THEREFORE, we join the California Legislature in proudly recognizing April 22, 2025, as School Bus Driver’s Day to honor the remarkable impact and continued service of our school bus drivers.
Thank you for your commitment to safety, excellence, and the well-being of our students. Your efforts make a lasting difference in every corner of our state.
